The invention relates to a device and a method for preparing acrolein and acrylic acid by propylene oxidation, the device comprises: a first reactor, an inlet pipeline of which is provided with a first mixer; the second reactor is connected with the first reactor, and an inlet pipeline of the second reactor is provided with a second mixer; the quench tower is connected with the second reactor; the light component fractionating tower is connected with the quench tower; the acrylic acid rectifying tower is connected with the quench tower; the acrylic acid absorption tower is connected with the first reactor and the quench tower; the acrolein absorption tower is connected with the acrylic acid absorption tower; and the acrolein purification tower is connected with the acrolein absorption tower.
