Balloon catheter with microneedle and preparation method thereof

All the drug-loaded microneedles are positioned in the buffer layer; the method comprises the steps that the buffer layer is pressed down from the tip end of the drug-loaded microneedle, the plane end of the drug-loaded microneedle is blown, the drug-loaded microneedle completely enters the buffer layer, the buffer layer is attached to the surface of the balloon, and the balloon is folded with the pressure smaller than 4.5 atm.
