Method and system for sleep management

A processing system including a method of promoting sleep. The system may include a monitor, such as a non-contact motion sensor, from which sleep information may be determined. Sleep information of a user, such as sleep stages, sleep maps, sleep scores, mental rest scores, and physical scores, may be recorded, evaluated, and/or displayed to the user. The system may also monitor ambient and/or environmental conditions corresponding to the sleep session. Sleep suggestions may be generated based on sleep information, user queries, and/or environmental states from one or more sleep sessions. The transmitted sleep suggestions may include content that promotes a good sleep habit and/or detects a risky sleep state.
