Zusammenfassung: | The measurement device includes a light emitting unit, a light receiving unit, a specifying unit, and a calculating unit. The light-emitting unit emits light to an object to be irradiated through which a fluid flows. The light receiving unit receives interference light including light scattered by an object to be irradiated, and outputs an output signal according to the intensity of the interference light. The specifying unit acquires a characteristic quantity indicating a characteristic of a signal waveform of the output signal, and specifies an abnormal signal included in the output signal on the basis of the acquired characteristic quantity. The calculation unit calculates a flow state value indicating the flow state of the fluid on the basis of a signal other than the abnormal signal among the output signals.
