Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a multi-targeting bispecific antigen-binding molecule characterized by comprising a first and a second bispecific entity, each entity comprising a domain that binds to a target, a second domain that binds to an extracellular epitope of human and macaque CD3 epsilon chains wherein the two bispecific entities are linked to each other by a spacer, the spacer separates the first and second bispecific entities. In addition, the invention provides polynucleotides encoding the multi-targeting bispecific antigen binding molecules, vectors comprising such polynucleotides, host cells expressing constructs, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same.
