Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to an alpha-1, 6-core-fucosylated prostate specific antigen (PSA) and its partial sequence comprising an alpha-1, 6-core-fucose residue. The antibodies and antigen binding fragments significantly differentiate between core-fucosylated PSA or a partial sequence of core-fucosylated PSA from other glycosylated PSA species and their partial sequences (including non-glycosylated PSA) lacking core-fucose residues, as well as, in other cases, core-fucosylated glycans. The invention also relates to a nucleic acid molecule encoding the light chain variable region or the heavy chain variable region of the antibody of the invention, and a vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule.
