Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a welding process for welding a die-cast part made of an Al-Mg-Fe alloy to at least one further metal part in a fluid-tight manner. For the aluminum alloy, a mixture is used having an Mg content of 4% < = Mg < = 4.6%, an Fe content of 1.31% < = Fe < = 1.7%, and further alloying components containing a Si content of at most 0.2%. And the Fe content comprises an Al-Mg-Fe eutectic and a hypereutectic component of two alloy components of Fe and Mg. The welding uses a blue diode laser and does not use a welding filler. The invention also relates to a die-cast component which is welded to at least one further metal component, the welded connection being carried out according to the aforementioned welding process. The invention further relates to an actuator housing comprising such a die-cast part.
