For an energy collection assisted CR-NOMA network with a plurality of secondary user source nodes, a primary user transmitter sends a signal to a primary user receiver, an optimal secondary user source node with the maximum signal-to-noise ratio between the primary user transmitter and the secondary user source nodes is selected as a relay forwarding signal, and NOMA cooperative transmission is adopted. Transmission is divided into two stages, the main user receiver combines the signals received from the two transmission stages through selective combination, and the system performance is improved.
