The invention provides a cured and elastically softened loudspeaker vibrating reed and a manufacturing method thereof, and the loudspeaker vibrating reed comprises the steps: (a) enabling a cured polymer to be attached to all blocks of the outer surface of a base material; (b) drying the cured polymer to form a cured structure body; (c) forming a loudspeaker vibrating reed; and (d) separating the loudspeaker vibrating reed from the base material. Between step (b) and step (c), or between step (c) and step (d), or after step (d), the method further comprises: (e) attaching an elastic softening polymer to all or partial blocks of the outer surface of the cured structure; and (f) drying the elastic softening polymer to form an elastic softening structural body, wherein the elastic softening structural body covers all or partial blocks of the outer surface of the cured structural body.
