Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of shared electric bicycles, in particular to a safe riding control method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether a power supply of a whole bicycle is normal or not, if yes, obtaining the number of used times of a brake handle, judging whether the number of used times reaches a preset value or not, and if not, starting a brake handle number counting system, creating a single-time riding statistics storage node, obtaining a brake handle state value through a preset communication mode at an interval of preset time, judging whether the brake handle state value meets a preset threshold value or not, and if yes, adding 1 to the number of times of single-time riding statistics storage node; and monitoring the power supply condition of the whole vehicle every second preset time, judging whether the power supply of the whole vehicle is normal or not, if not, recording the single-time riding statistics storage node counting to f
