The device comprises an AC-DC module, an auxiliary power supply, an AC input interface, an on-off control module, a voltage conversion module, a controller and a wireless communication module. The input end of the AC-DC module is connected with the AC input interface, and the AC-DC module is connected with the on-off control module; the auxiliary power supply is also connected with the on-off control module, the output end of the on-off control module is connected with the input end of the voltage conversion module, the control end of the on-off control module is connected with a controller of the terminal, and the output end of the on-off control module supplies power to an external satellite communication terminal through a power line; the voltage conversion module supplies power to the controller and the wireless communication module; the wireless communication module is connected with a satellite communication terminal thr
