The step-down module is connected with the rectification filtering module, the sampling module is connected with the output end of the step-down module, and the adjusting module is connected with the sampling module and the step-down module. The voltage stabilization control module is connected with the output end of the voltage reduction module, and the output end of the voltage stabilization control module is used for connecting a battery. The sampling control module is connected with the voltage stabilization control module and the battery. According to the invention, through twice voltage sampling and voltage output adjustment, the voltage stability of the battery in the charging process is ensured, and the charging safety effect is ensured.
