Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a source-load-storage flexibility resource evaluation method considering high-proportion new energy access. The method comprises the steps that flexibility requirements and supply are quantified from the node level and the system level respectively, then an evaluation index reflecting system flexibility balance is constructed, and the index considers the limiting effect of space distribution of flexibility resources and line capacity on flexibility power transmission.
