The method comprises the following steps: acquiring traffic flow data of each lane in a target road section; performing data diagnosis on the traffic flow data, and eliminating obvious error data; abnormal conditions occurring in the traffic flow data are repaired; and collecting the repaired traffic flow data in the aspect of time according to the lanes.
