Zusammenfassung:The embodiment of the invention discloses a payment mode recommendation method and device and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a request for paying a target transaction order, and enabling the target transaction order to be a cross-border transaction order; determining a plurality of candidate payment modes; obtaining multiple decision factors of a multi-target decision algorithm according to the information of the target transaction order, wherein the multiple decision factors comprise information of a country/region to which a payer user belongs and information of an initiator of the target transaction order; according to the plurality of decision factors, evaluating the plurality of candidate payment modes; and determining recommended payment mode information according to the evaluation results corresponding to the plurality of candidate payment modes. According to the embodiment of the invention, the payment conversion rate in a cross-border transaction scene can be impr
