Zusammenfassung:A method for evaluating the contribution degree of an energy storage power station to the problem of wind curtailment and light curtailment relates to the technical field of energy management, adopts a CRITIC method to carry out weight assignment on lean marketing evaluation indexes of the energy storage power station, not only considers the difference of the same index among different users, but also considers the coupling relationship among the indexes, and calculates objective weights. A VIKOR method is adopted to establish contribution degree evaluation grade division of energy storage to the wind curtailment and light curtailment problem, and theoretical support is provided for indexes for solving the contribution degree of wind curtailment and light curtailment after grid connection of an energy storage power station. 一种储能电站对弃风弃光问题贡献度评价方法,涉及能源管理技术领域,采用CRITIC方法对储能电站精益化营销评价指标进行权重赋值,既考虑到同一指标在不同用户间的差异性,也考虑到了各个指标间的耦合关系,计算客观权重。采用VIKOR方法建立储能对弃风弃光问题贡献度评价等级划分,为储能电站并网后对解决弃风弃光贡献度的指标提供了理论支撑。
