The method comprises the steps of establishing a resource attribute processing model based on demand attributes of task resources, establishing a directed and loopless network for describing resource demands in a task scheme according to the resource demand attributes and a resource processing mode, and finally designing a variable step size resource demand reasoning algorithm according to a resource consumption mode. And resource demand statistics of the task scheme is realized.
