The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting water consumption data and weather data of users in a water supply area and operation data of a water supply pump station; s2, preprocessing and classifying the collected data in the step S1; s3, collecting weather data of a to-be-optimized scheduling day, matching the weather data to the data set divided in the step S2, and predicting user water consumption data of the to-be-optimized day; and S4, selecting a water supply scheme of the water supply network by adopting a multi-target particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) according to the water consumption data of the user predicted in the step S3.
