The remote upgrading method of the air conditioner comprises the steps that whether the air conditioner receives noise adjustment information sent by mobile equipment with the control authority of the air conditioner or not is detected; if yes, an upgrading and updating package used for adjusting operation parameters of the air conditioner is configured, and the operation parameters of the air conditioner at least act on noise generated during operation of the air conditioner; the air conditioner is controlled to download the upgrading and updating package from a remote server connected with the air conditioner; according to the remote upgrading method and system of the air conditioner and the remote server, the mute effect of the air conditioner can be closer to the requirement of a user, and when the air conditioner is used next time, the mute effect of the air conditioner can be better achieved.
