Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an intermediate infrared polarization converter based on a gold rod and gold hole array composite structure. The intermediate infrared polarization converter is composed of a silicon dioxide substrate and an upper-layer gold rod-honeycomb gold hole array composite metasurface structure. According to the invention, the conversion between linear polarization and circularly polarized light and between circularly polarized light and circularly polarized light can be realized, and the polarization conversion rate (PCR) is high, so that a reliable result is provided for the design of a high-performance polarization control device; in addition, some laws about the rotation angle (theta) of the gold rod and chirality are found, and some methods are provided for the design of chiral sensing. The novel structural design and excellent performance are expected to be widely applied to the design of the micro-nano polarization control device in the future.
