Zusammenfassung: | A high-voltage cable fault analysis method comprises the steps of scanning electron microscope analysis, Fourier infrared spectroscopy analysis and water tree observation, energy spectrum analysis and XRD analysis, and in the scanning electron microscope analysis, XLPE insulation of a cable joint section is analyzed; in the Fourier infrared spectroscopic analysis and water tree observation, groups in the XLPE are identified, and whether new groups are generated or not is judged; in the energy spectrum analysis and XRD analysis, chemical components of substances are qualitatively analyzed. The method has the beneficial effect that phenomena found in the dissection process are analyzed on the basis of dissection. Physical and chemical analysis is carried out on an accident cable joint sample in multiple modes, and breakdown voltage and dielectric loss of a main insulation part of the joint are measured, so that the insulation state of the joint is evaluated.
