According to the live-line detection operating rod, the arrangement of the bendable arm rod can make up for the defect that the insulating rod cannot extend in the horizontal direction, and by bending the bendable arm rod, a live-line detection instrument carried on the fixing mechanism can be close to or reliably make contact with a to-be-detected part in the horizontal direction for detection.
