Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a honey discrimination method and system based on a GC-IMS technology. Firstly, a honey sample to be discriminated is obtained; then setting the determination conditions of a GC-IMS (Gas Chromatography-Insulator Mass Spectrometer), and analyzing the honey sample through the set GC-IMS to obtain the peak volume of volatile chemical components; and finally, comparing in a preset database based on the obtained peak volume to obtain a qualitative result. And based on the obtained peak volume, adopting a volume normalization method to obtain a quantitative result. On the basis of a GC-IMS technology, flavor component analysis is carried out on different kinds of honey, key flavor substances in the honey are determined, the generality and difference of the key flavor substances are analyzed, and the relationship between the honey flavor and factors such as a honey source and a production place is deeply explored.
