Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an electrolysis method for observing the three-dimensional morphology of primary carbide in steel, the method aims at medium-high carbon high alloy steel, the mass fraction of C in chemical components of the medium-high carbon high alloy steel is 0.3%-1.65%, the sum of the mass fractions of carbide forming elements is not less than 5%, and the carbide forming elements comprise Cr, Mo, V, Nb, W and Ti; in the method, an anode electrode is medium-high carbon high alloy steel, an electrolyte is an organic solution, and a metal container filled with the organic solution is used as a cathode; and after electrolysis is finished, the electrolytic surface of the high-carbon high-alloy steel is soaked in concentrated hydrochloric acid firstly, then running water flows to wash the electrolytic surface, the steps are repeated until the electrolytic surface is all silvery white, finally, drying is conducted after alcohol cleaning, and the three-dimensional morphology of primary carbide is observed |
