Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for extracting carbides in steel, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a citric acid methanol solution, a hydrochloric acid solution, lithium chloride and a glycerol solution to obtain an electrolyte; and at the electrolysis temperature of-5 DEG C to 0 DEG C, steel to be extracted serves as an anode and is placed in the electrolyte to be electrolyzed, the electrolyte is filtered after electrolysis is completed, and the carbide in the steel is obtained. According to the method, the carbide in the steel can be accurately and rapidly extracted at the low temperature, and qualitative and quantitative analysis on the carbide can be achieved. 本发明提供了一种钢中碳化物萃取方法,包括以下步骤:将柠檬酸甲醇溶液、盐酸溶液、氯化锂与丙三醇溶液均匀混合,得电解液;在-5℃~0℃的电解温度下,以待萃取钢为阳极并置于电解液中电解,电解完成后对电解液进行过滤,得到钢中碳化物。本发明的方法能够在低温下精确、快速的萃取钢中的碳化物,能够实现对碳化物的定性和定量分析。
