An experiment bench, an air excitation system and a data acquisition and analysis system are built; the experiment bench is composed of a base frame, a heat exchange pipe and a water tank, the base frame is composed of an I-shaped guide plate, a partition plate, a sliding support, a support and a guide rail, the air velocity of the air excitation system is generated by a draught fan, a motor and a ventilation pipeline, and the air velocity is achieved by controlling a frequency converter through a PLC so as to control the motor. The data acquisition and analysis system is used for acquiring, analyzing and processing the eddy current displacement signal and an air velocity parameter value, wherein the air velocity parameter value comprises a wind speed value.
