The invention relates to a gas stove which comprises an injection pipe and a protection device. The protection device comprises a first temperature sensing piece, a valve body assembly and a controller. The first temperature sensing piece is arranged on the injection pipe. The valve body assembly is arranged between the injection pipe and an external air source. The controller is in communication connection with the first temperature sensing piece. When the temperature, detected by the first temperature sensing piece, in the injection pipe is larger than or equal to a preset first threshold value, the controller cuts off communication between the injection pipe and the external air source through the valve body assembly. According to the gas stove, the protection device detects the temperature in the injection pipe through the first temperature sensing piece.
