Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of long-distance high-pressure pipeline natural gas recovery, and discloses a long-distance high-pressure pipeline maintenance emptying natural gas recovery system and method.The long-distance high-pressure pipeline maintenance emptying natural gas recovery system comprises an upstream recovery unit and a downstream recovery unit, and each of the upstream recovery unit and the downstream recovery unit comprises a compressor, a nitrogen cylinder, a plurality of prying vehicles, a power mechanism and a whole pipe nitrogen replacement mechanism; the compressor, the nitrogen cylinder and the power mechanism are all skid-mounted on the prying vehicle, the compressor is connected with a gas inlet pipe and a gas outlet pipe, the power mechanism is connected with a gas supply pipe, and the power mechanism is connected with the compressor; the whole pipe nitrogen replacement mechanism comprises a liquid nitrogen gasification device and a liquid nitrogen tank truck, and the
