The non-road vehicle power coupling device comprises a hydraulic speed regulation loop, a forward and reverse mechanism, a flow dividing and converging mechanism, a hydraulic section dead axle gear transmission unit, a hydraulic machinery I section dead axle gear transmission unit, a hydraulic machinery II section dead axle gear transmission unit and an output unit.
