The drill rod throwing device comprises a workbench, a supporting frame, a conveying slide way, a drill rod pushing mechanism, a drill rod dragging mechanism, a rod lifting mechanism and a push plate, the conveying slide way is obliquely arranged, the bottom end of the conveying slide way is fixed to the workbench, the top end of the conveying slide way is a drill rod sliding-in end, and a plurality of conveying grooves used for conveying drill rods are formed in the conveying slide way; through holes corresponding to the multiple conveying grooves are formed in the groove bottom, close to the bottom end, of the conveying sliding way, the push plate is arranged corresponding to the through holes, the upper side end of the push plate is hinged to the conveying sliding way, and multiple grooves with the two ends penetrating and matched with the multiple conveying grooves are formed in the push plate; the driving end of the drill rod pushing mechanism is hinged to the pushing plate to drive the pushing plate to
