Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to building materials, in particular to a building prefabricated part and a manufacturing method and using method thereof.The building prefabricated part comprises a concrete curing shell, a plurality of pouring pipes are arranged at the top of the concrete curing shell, the middle of the concrete curing shell is of a cavity structure, and reinforcing ribs are arranged in a cavity in the middle of the concrete curing shell; gaps of the reinforcing ribs are filled with concrete materials, and reserved detection parts are arranged in the middles of the reinforcing ribs and used for later performance detection of the building prefabricated parts. The two outwards-extending metal wires serve as conducting media and are poured in the building prefabricated part in advance, in the using process or after the building prefabricated part is manufactured, the overall bending degree of the reserved detection part can be integrally reflected by measuring the resistance change of the two outwards-ext
