Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of laser cladding, and relates to a preparation method and device for an alternating magnetic field assisted ultra-high-speed laser cladding amorphous coating. The high-efficiency and high-quality preparation of the amorphous coating is realized by fully utilizing the principles of'rapid solidification 'of the ultra-high-speed laser cladding technology and'molten pool stirring', 'grain refinement ', 'microdefect elimination' and the like of the magnetic field technology, and compared with the traditional laser cladding, the amorphous coating prepared by adopting the technology is more obvious in dendritic crystal refinement effect, higher in amorphous phase content and higher in quality. The thickness of the coating is thinner, the dilution rate of the coating can be reduced to below 1%, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating are remarkably improved; in addition, the number of pores and cracks in the coating is reduced.
