The zirconia-based thermal barrier coating comprises the following raw materials: 5%-10% of (YxScyGd1-x-y) 2O3, 10%-20% of LaPO4, 1%-5% of MOz, 8.6%-15.2% of RE2O3 and the balance of ZrO2, in the (YxScyGd1-x-y) 2O3, x is equal to 0.5 to 0.75, and y is equal to 0.05 to 0.15; in the MOz, M is one or more of Mg, Ca and In; in the RE2O3, RE is one or more of Er, Sm, Dy, Yb and Eu.
