Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to mining high-strength and corrosion-resistant chain steel which comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.21 to 0.24 percent of C, 0.15 to 0.35 percent of Si, 1.25 to 1.40 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.010 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.010 percent of S, 0.50 to 0.70 percent of Cr, 0.55 to 0.65 percent of Mo, 1.05 to 1.15 percent of Ni, 0.15 to 0.25 percent of V and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The whole technological process comprises the steps of material preparation, electric furnace smelting, LF refining, VD vacuum degassing, continuous casting, slow cooling in a slow cooling pit, cold charging and heating, high-pressure water descaling, cogging rolling, slow cooling in the pit, cold charging and heating, rolling forming (controlled rolling and controlled cooling), stack cooling, straightening and finishing and warehousing.
