Austenitic stainless steel with uniform acid resistance and excellent corrosion resistance and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of stainless steel, in particular to acid-resistant uniform-corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel which comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: less than or equal to 0.03% of C, less than or equal to 0.5% of Si, 1.0-1.4% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.04% of P, less than or equal to 0.008% of S, 18-19% of Cr, 8-8.3% of Ni, 0.025-0.05% of N, 0.3-0.5% of Cu and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the stainless steel. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of smelting, slab continuous casting, hot continuous rolling, hot line acid pickling, cold rolling, annealing acid pickling, inspecting, packaging and warehousing. By controlling the components and the production process of the stainless steel, on the premise that the production cost is not obviously increased, the stainless steel shows an extremely low uniform corrosion rate in an acid solution, even the un
