Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heat treatment method capable of improving low-temperature impact toughness and grain size of a 35CrNi4Mo material forge piece. A heat treatment mode of normalizing, quenching, subcritical quenching and high-temperature tempering is adopted. Normalizing, namely heating to 880-900 DEG C, keeping the temperature after uniform temperature, discharging from the furnace, and carrying out blast cooling; quenching, heating to 880-890 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation after uniform temperature, discharging, and carrying out oil cooling; carrying out subcritical quenching, heating to 785-795 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation after uniform temperature, discharging from the furnace, and carrying out oil cooling; and tempering at high temperature, heating to 625-665 DEG C, preserving heat, discharging from the furnace, and carrying out air cooling.
