The primer group comprises the following combinations: Em < 1 >-Me12, Em < 2 >-Me12, Em < 2 >-Me15, Em < 8 >-Me12, Em < 8 >-Me13, Em < 8 >-Me14, Em < 8 >-Me10, Em < 9 >-Me12, Em < 9 >-Me15 and Em < 10 >-Me14.
