Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to application of a molecular biological technology and an immunological technology in the field of microbial identification, in particular to a colloidal gold immunochromatography test strip for rapidly identifying an acinetobacter baumannii oxacillin-resistant beta-lactamase (OXA) gene based on the combination of the molecular biological technology and the immunological technology. The kit is characterized by comprising a PCR reaction system and a colloidal gold test strip reaction system. Based on the high conservative property of an acinetobacter baumannii OXA gene segment, the acinetobacter baumannii OXA gene segment is analyzed by using DNAMAN, and an acinetobacter baumannii OXA specific primer is designed.
