Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a molecular marker related to immune traits of sheep and application of the molecular marker. The invention relates to a method for detecting the SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) site of a PLEKHH2 gene of Hu sheep by combining DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) mixed pool sequencing with a KASPar technology. A primer is designed according to a PLEKHH2 gene sequence, DNA is extracted from sheep blood, a C/G polymorphic site exists at the 368th site of an amplified fragment through PCR amplification, DNA sequencing and sequence analysis, a KASPar primer is further used for detecting the polymorphic sites of 889 Hu sheep and establishing a least square model, correlation analysis is performed on genotypes and immune trait indexes, and the genotypes and immune trait indexes are identified. The site is found to be significantly related to the platelet number (PLT) and the average hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) of the sheep.
