The preparation method of the rice peptide comprises the following steps: S1, mixing rice residue crude protein with water to obtain a first mixed system; s2, adding high-temperature amylase into the first mixed system, reacting, filtering, and retaining filtrate; s3, taking the filtrate, adding water again, and dissolving to obtain a second mixed system; s4, adding endo-protease and exo-protease into the second mixed system, and reacting to obtain a crude product; and S5, heating the crude product for enzyme deactivation, filtering, retaining supernate, concentrating and drying to obtain the rice peptide.
