The method comprises the following steps: adding stainless steel beads into a centrifugal tube filled with the sugarcane leaves; taking out grids of a centrifugal tube rack matched with the centrifugal tubes in size, placing the centrifugal tubes in the grids, then placing the grids in liquid nitrogen for treatment, and shaking up and down until the sugarcane leaves are crushed; and adding the crude extraction solution, carrying out metal bath, and centrifuging to obtain the supernatant.
