Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for stably amplifying potential-rich stem cells, which comprises the following steps: (a) a cell implantation step: directly implanting the potential-rich stem cells into a porous scaffold, so that each porous scaffold contains more than 1 * 10 < 4 > potential-rich stem cells; (b) a cell amplification step: soaking the porous scaffold in a specific culture medium without heterogeneity components (Xeno-free, XF), and performing amplification culture under the conditions that the environment temperature is 35.5-39.5 DEG C and the CO2 concentration is 5% to obtain quantity-amplified potential-rich stem cells; wherein the amplified potential-rich stem cells aggregate to present the state of embryonic bodies. According to the amplification method of the present invention, it is possible to easily obtain an excellent effect in which the amplification multiple of potential-rich stem cells can be approximately 3 or more.
