According to the invention, PA6 and PA610 are taken as base materials, chemically modified aluminum oxide, hexagonal boron nitride and boron nitride nanotubes are prepared into heat-conducting master batches, a flexibilizer, an antioxidant and a lubricant are supplemented, and the insulating PA6 composite material with good toughness and high heat conductivity coefficient is obtained by blending and extruding through a twin-screw extruder.
