Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a gC-gD epitope concatemer of a mutant pseudorabies virus (PRV) and an application of the gC-gD epitope concatemer of the mutant pseudorabies virus (PRV). The amino acid sequence of the mutant pseudorabies virus gC-gD expression concatemer is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the nucleotide sequence of the coding gene of the mutant pseudorabies virus gC-gD expression concatemer is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2. The variant pseudorabies virus gC-gD epitope concatemer is utilized to establish a PRV neutralizing antibody indirect ELISA detection method with strong specificity, high sensitivity and good repeatability, serological diagnosis requirements of pig farms with PRV wild virus prevalence and pig herds in PRV wild virus purification pig farms can be completely met, and a certain foundation is laid for development of novel PRV polypeptide vaccines.
