Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method and application of an isothiazole-5 (2H)-imine compound, according to the method, a thioacrylamide compound as shown in a formula I is taken as a raw material, and a polysubstituted isothiazole-5 (2H)-imine compound as shown in a formula II can be obtained by cyclization reaction of the thioacrylamide compound under the action of an organic hypervalent iodine compound. Compared with a preparation method of a polysubstituted isothiazole-5 (2H)-imine compound in the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the organic hypervalent iodine compound participates in the cyclization reaction of the thioacrylamide compound, so that the preparation of the polysubstituted isothiazole-5 (2H)-imine compound is realized. The synthesis method has the advantages of easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, no safety risk and no need of using a metal catalyst.
