The steel fiber resin anchoring agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of mixed resin mortar and 3-5 parts of a curing agent, the mixed resin mortar is prepared from unsaturated polyester resin, 0.8 to 1.1 parts of accelerant, 450 to 550 parts of stone powder and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of steel fiber; the curing agent is prepared from silicon powder, ethylene glycol, water, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and 2, 4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide (DC). The steel fiber resin anchoring agent has the beneficial effects that the prepared steel fiber resin anchoring agent is high in self-strength, particularly, the shearing strength of the cured resin anchoring agent is greatly improved due to the fact that steel fibers are contained in the steel f
