MIL-96-AL crystal powder is prepared through a hydrothermal method, then laser irradiation is carried out through an LTS technology, finally, a graphene film is obtained and serves as a composite lithium metal negative electrode material, and an obtained 3D graphene framework has the nanometer size and the porous structure and can provide more active sites; the ion transmission distance is shortened, the volume change of lithium in the deposition and stripping process is buffered, the growth of lithium dendrites is inhibited, and the coulombic efficiency, the cycle life and the safety and stability of the lithium metal battery are greatly improved.
