Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention provides a power supply device and an electric two-wheeled vehicle, the device is applied to the electric two-wheeled vehicle, and the power supply device comprises a charging and discharging interface, a mode switching module, an energy storage module and a control module; the mode switching module is respectively connected with the charging and discharging interface, the energy storage module and the control module; the charging and discharging interface is constructed to be connected with an electric power assisting system of the electric two-wheeled vehicle; the control module is configured to send a control instruction to the mode switching module so as to control the working mode of the mode switching module; and the mode switching module is configured to charge a battery in the electric power assisting system through the first direct current output by the energy storage module in response to the first control instruction sent by the control module, and supply power to th
