Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses woodworking three-face planing and milling equipment which comprises a workbench, a feeding positioning assembly, a left cutter shaft assembly, a right cutter shaft assembly, an upper cutter shaft assembly, a side pressing assembly and an upper pressing assembly. The feeding positioning assembly is fixedly installed on the workbench and located on one side of the conveying assembly, the right cutter shaft assembly is installed on the workbench and located on one side of the feeding positioning assembly and on the right side of the conveying assembly, and the side pressing assembly is installed on the workbench and located on the other side of the right cutter shaft assembly. The left cutter shaft assembly is installed on the workbench and located on the left side of the conveying assembly and the other side of the side pressing assembly. The purpose of milling three faces of wood can be achieved, meanwhile, the cutter in the device can be automatically replaced, a proper cutter can be
