By constructing a digital twinning production line, when a ladle long nozzle installation condition is met, a long nozzle installation robot is controlled to clamp a long nozzle for installation; the problems that in the prior art, the environment where workers are located is severe due to manual installation of the long nozzle, and unsafe factors such as high temperature, dust, molten steel splashing and high-altitude falling exist are solved, and the safety of installation of the long nozzle is improved.
